Physical Connect & Recreation

This involves the different sports (swimming, basketball, soccer, badminton, table tennis, skating and cycling) and their contribution to development of good physical, psychological and mental health. Additionally, it is how the sports can be used socially and professionally.

Swimming

Learn basic swimming skills, body control and movement to be used as a socialization platform and can also be tapped professionally in competitions or even as lifesavers locally or even internationally.

Basketball

Learning basic ball handling and body movement on and off the ball, team playing capabilities, decision making, life skills and discipline prioritizations. Through the hand-eye and foot coordination, utilization of motor skills such as ball dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defensive stunts.

Soccer

Basic skills in speed and coordination enhancement (foot and eye coordination needed for ball handling) be it in kicking, passing or receiving the ball; defensive stunts tackling. Also helps with team work development, professional placements and infiltrations in to the football scenes (local and international).

Skating and Cycling: 

We teach the youth the basic skating and cycling skills that they will exploit through the placement extension as advertising and marketing agents to corporates and their brands. As low impact sports it can be explored as a hobby or even as a means of living and a social linkage by participants involved

Badminton and Table Tennis

These are non-impact games that works on agility (swift direction change during highspeed interceptions and movements), improvement of reflex, balance, timing, reaction rate and thinking speed. It improves on their mental alertness and hand eye coordination.
