Wellness represents a balance of various health related elements of an individual’s life (more than the diet and exercising) be it spiritual, emotional, physical, social, occupational, environmental not forgetting intellectual.  

Well-being would manifest in feeling good or individuals functioning well like emotional positivity, self-potential development, self-control (stress management), sense of purpose, satisfaction and prosperity.
